The service is really good, the dining environment is also very good, it is very relaxing to come here!

Always excellent food here, the counter meals are plentiful and value for money and the restaurant is one of the best in Launceston .

The foreigners in the restaurant are particularly friendly and enjoy the meal process

We were lured by the sign on the windows that said this place has the best meals in town. We tried the lunch specials (spicy chicken burger, panko-breaded squid, and beef burger) and a kids' meal (chicken burger). All the lunch specials were delicious and generously sized. The chips were especially good -- crispy and well-seasoned. But the kids' chicken burger was a bit dry. All in all, though, a good experience in a cosy restaurant with friendly staff and tasty food.

We were recommended by the owner of Apartments on the York Mansion, 200m from our accommodation. A comfortable cosy, friendly pub frequent by the locals. We had a few local beers on tap and decided to have our dinner at the bar. The burgers were great and I enjoyed the chicken parmigiana. We all loved their chips. Staff were friendly and we stayed for about three hours having an enjoyable time.
