Barinak Restaurant Review

Right in the small fishing harbor at the corner of Rumeli Fener village, where Bosphorus meets the Black Sea. Very interesting view, good fish at reasonable prices. Service was very good, friendly staff. Don't expect luxury, but the location has a lot of personality and the view is unique.
