Brizo Restaurant Istanbul Review

One can easily be forgiven in thinking it's 34 restaurant in Grand Hyatt Istanbul. And that's a good thing since 34 is one of the best international joint in city. Brizo in ways of space, layout and flow is one step ahead. Where it lacks is ambiance purely due lack of diners.. You'll feel sorry for dining alone in such imposing area. Staff is very attentive, hope they keep standards once restaurant is full. Waiter gave me the perfect recommendation for drinks and appetizers from huge display of salads and cured meats to accompany my chosen main course. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was excellent with complimentary bread, cheese and pickled peppers with olives and rocket. It's a proper 5 star in all areas. But I've given it one less....over salting main course of delectable Tas Kebab is an unforgivable culinary sin, please taste before serving dear chef.
