Evranos Restaurant Review

When we arrived in Cappadocia, it was almost noon. The first thing we arranged was lunch. We had the strength to have fun when we were full! Lunch was potted meat with Turkish characteristics, and the dining place was a cave restaurant with Cappadocia characteristics. When you come to Cappadocia, you must not leave the word "cave", the cave restaurants and cave hotels everywhere. If you are free to travel, you can choose a few more to taste, and you may have a different feeling. This time we chose the restaurant Evranos Restaurant, checked it online, and the reputation was not bad. Evranos means Avanos, and Avanos is a famous Tao township in Turkey. I just think it is Jingdezhen in Turkey, haha! Entering the cave restaurant, the gorgeous retro totem greeted us. We sat on a long table and ate in the cave, a special experience. Next, I will introduce the traditional Turkish pot meat. The handsome guy who serves soup for everyone is really too cooperative and gave me a superb pose. The pot meat is made with beef and mutton, fried with onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and spices, sealed in the jar and baked in the oven. When eating, use a long knife to knock it open along the mouth of the jar, and pour the soup with meat into the dish. At first glance, it looks like our roasted potato burdock, but as the aroma hits, send it to the entrance, you will know that it is a unique taste.
