Okonomiyaki Shintenchi Micchan Review

This is a great restaurant not far from Peace Memorial Park. Here you can see Hiroshima-style Yuhoku is being prepared and it is very delicious. Their English menu and instructions make ordering easier and they are willing to adapt to our different dietary preferences and needs.

The comprehensive cost-effective restaurant, his family's things are very small and exquisite, very suitable for the kind of people to eat, the overall atmosphere here is also relatively relaxed.

Title says its all. Huge line to get in, not too pricey, the lemon mayonnaise and the lemon tobasco sauces are worth trying without a double. Quality of the okonomiyaki was so good. This place seems to be more of a local joint as opposed to the building full of the restaurants in the centre of the city. Up there with the best food I've had in Japan. Happy days.

This was one of the best restaurants have been to in Japan. Considering that Hiroshima is quite the tourist town, this is an authentic experience, full of locals (the English menu is handy though). We went a couple of times and had to wait for a bit on both occasions, but it was well worth it. The okonomiyaki is different to other cities and so oishii! We also had the Yaki Udon which was very good. Also very affordable at about 1,100yen for the deluxe okonomiyaki. Easily one of the best meals we've had in Japan!

Not that the store is not delicious, I don't like to eat this kind of thing myself.
