We passed by North See City and stayed for one night and we saw this place on TripAdvisor! Ocean Restaurant is worth giving full marks in every aspect, even better than full marks! Here is the best sushi we have ever had in Hokkaido, very friendly staff, all in all, very memorable experience ...
