    Allium tried modernity, with new changes and ideas, and was largely successful, especially when many other restaurants were fast food restaurants. The attention to detail was excellent, and it was clearly a popular restaurant in the local community. This was our most expensive meal in Guadalajara. The staff was efficient, well trained and spoke enough English to make our life easier. My only complaint was that there was too much sauce on my plate. Some foods didn’t need to be overloaded like this so I had to separate the meat. But my pork is a great taste.
