This restaurant is located in the Blue Mountains outside downtown Sydney, Australia. Visitors who like nature and self-driving tours should like this attraction, and the scenery along the way is pleasant. The restaurant faces the echo corner and the dining environment is very good and not suitable for people in a hurry.

Darley''sRestaurant, One of the most charming restaurants in the Blue Mountain Scenic Area, manor-style architecture, classic English interior style, plus carefully designed planting park, the environment is very comfortable ...... The dishes recommended by the chef are local Australian cattle selection Lamb, fresh and juicy, and the aroma is overflowing. It is really worth recommending ......

Immediately on arrival, we were impressed by the beautiful ambience. The staff were warm and professional, polished while being welcoming. The food service was fast but not rushed, and offered us time to relax between courses if we liked. The food was just perfect, couldn't fault a thing. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience, highly recommend a visit, and will definitely be returning

Darley’s restaurant is situated within a historical house with a beautiful outlook (depending on where you are seated) overlooking the gorgeous gardens or out toward the valley. We were seated on what was previously the veranda, which has since been built in with windows. If you are seated further inside the restaurant your unlikely to be able to view the gardens or valley, though the building it self is absolutely gorgeous. The food is delicious and the service is good (I would have said great, however I did have flag down a waiter to refill my glass half way through my main with my decanted wine). The wine list has some half bottles which is nice if you would like a glass or two of a very nice wine but do not want to drink an entire bottle. I had the fabulous Rockford Basket Press Shiraz (2017), although still very young, I believe in the half bottle wines age a little quicker and with a little air went very well my beef tenderloin (which was cooked to perfection). I had the poached pear for dessert which was amazing although the serving size could have been slightly larger. Overall an excellent experience and would happily return.
