这家もつ鍋店不在市中心，而是单独开在路边，很有居酒屋的感觉。もつ鍋是福冈的特色美食，主打牛内脏火锅。这次多人试吃点了一份もつ鍋和もつ焼き。虽然食料相同，但是两种锅的味道不同，如果想吃重一点的口味可以选择もつ焼き。不过两种方法做出的牛内脏都很鲜美，可口。
