While staying at the hotel on one of our regular visits to Sydney,we decided to eat at The Gantry for our daughter-in-laws 30th birthday celebration. The staff provided us all with complimentary bubbles to help with the celebration! The a-la-carte menu is not extensive, but that is just as well, as upon review with the excellent waiting staff, the choice is difficult. Next time we might try the 7 course degustation that is on offer! The food is just wonderful and everyone enjoyed their choice including the interesting Potato and Whiting seafood and Deer entrées, as well as the Beef and Beetroot main courses. The Caramelised banana and Chocolate deserts are especially good. Complimented by some special wines and excellent friendly service the evening was a very special occasion and we will definitely dine here again on our next trip to Sydney.
