到LA已经是1点多了，午餐在不经意间造访了传说中1919年开业至今的Musso&Frank Grill...蔡澜在《人生必去的餐厅》里有过推荐，同时也是梦露，卓别林，马龙白兰度常光顾之地。总之，看介绍真的厉害惹。服务生统一都是老绅士，湛蓝的眸子，灰白色油头。随菜单会特意递来一份暗红色牛皮套的本子，里面傲娇地介绍了餐厅历史。点餐时还问我“读了没？”我....？？🤷🏿‍♂️？？话说回食物，也忒大了吧？！光沙拉就以“巨型”论，服务老爹窝心地帮我们装了两个碟子，每碟都像山一样...插了半天，海平面一点儿没下降...点的肉眼，牛排有大拇指一节这么厚～大火迅速把外层封裹，切开肉汁汩汩流出，有点过火口感上还是软嫩的～特别是牛排入口的瞬间会有一丝果木香，顺着味蕾延续到鼻腔？感觉有点像LA的全聚德...奶油带子还不错，入口～柔～最后结账加上税和小费是130刀，不算贵的。不过特意去打卡，也是没必要...我们酒店在好莱坞星光大道旁边，就走过去十分钟。如果让我专程叫车去吃，我会骂山门的呢❤️嘻嘻

店里装修和餐具都偏简单和年轻的风格，菜品也是如此。像新式法餐的代表。服务却是偏向米其林餐厅，热情且关怀备至。前菜点了当天的主厨推荐，当季白芦笋配青口贝佐酸辣汁。现在正是白芦笋的季节，新鲜又嫩，青口贝看起来很干净，大小适中，配的酸辣汁有点泰式的风格。一口下去，是不曾出现在记忆中的调味，很清爽!! 非常突出食材的新鲜。主菜点了一道黄油烤扇贝配菠菜沙拉 和 红酒炖牛肉。烤扇贝也是当日推荐，一端上来就扑面而来一股的黄油的香气，扇贝肉很大颗，很白很嫩。上面撒了类似五香粉的香辛料，增添了多一层的味道。没有太大的惊喜，但是好吃的，只能说符合它该有的水平。另一道红酒炖牛肉，在我吃过为数不多的红酒炖牛肉里算是高水准。牛肉很烂，汤汁鲜而不咸，配菜丰富，法棍是绝配。特别提一句他们家的法棍，真的很好吃诶，和我妈吃完了两筐..撕一小块浸到汤里，一口吃下去。汤汁一下充满口腔，法棍原有的韧劲变得稍稍柔软。好喜欢这么吃......甜点点了面包布丁，全因为以前没点过，想尝鲜。味道是不错的，稍有点甜。只是我和我妈已经被法棍征服，对甜点没太大兴趣了..

正宗的法式小酒馆 - 美味的牡蛎和蜗牛。菜肴挑选的是鞑靼牛排，虽然黄油炸柠檬鳎和刺山柑也很美味。 甜点在朗姆酒巴巴特和巧克力圆顶之间犹豫，都太好吃了，很难选择 - 我选的是去后者，没有让人失望！ 工作人员也非常高效和友好，酒单有一些很棒（也不寻常）的选择。 强烈推荐！
