第一次通过网络在日本定餐的就是这有店，在携程也是可以预定的，非常的方便，环境特别的好，虽然不算是怀石料理也不是米其林餐厅，但出品绝对五星推荐

The word “Imperial Cuisine” at the door means that it is a royal cuisine. It belongs to a relatively high-end restaurant in Kobe. The sashimi in it is the best meat from selected fish, which is fat but not greasy, and it melts in the mouth.

｛山荷葉｝的特点是很突出很清晰的：一家有着职人气质的正派茶怀石店。 大将板垣聪曾在滋贺老牌料亭「招福楼」系统的学习过茶事的怀石料理。所以他所呈现出的料理无论是在视觉上还是在味觉上都是简洁传统的。甚至可以说没有丝毫的创新。正如大将板垣桑性格一样，认真过度到木讷，但却默默地坚持着编织着料理人生，一针一线不加花样的万年平针。比起不知所云的创意设计，我个人更倾向于这种基础“裹腹”的款。 还值得一提的是，大将出身新泻，店里所用的大米是来自于他的家乡，蒸出来的米饭粒粒饱满，不粘黏，回味甘甜。 推荐给喜欢传统朴素怀石的朋友。

气氛真心不错，我们都很喜欢。前几天朋友过生日，我们在这里吃了饭。店里的食物多种多样，有很多种选择，关键是味道还很棒。而且服务员都很耐心负责，他们会给你提出很多好的建议。推荐大家来这里试试，一定不会让你失望的。

在神户有很多家日本料理店，这家店可以说是神户当地很难得的一家店铺。这里的食物不仅相当美味，食材新鲜，而且服务员的态度也很友好，对待所有客人都是耐心的。如果你想在神户吃到美味的日本料理，那么一定要到这里来。
