The whole restaurant feels very quiet, with wooden tables and chairs and low-key lighting to bring out the texture. The customer has a strong sense of personal space. All kinds of seafood dishes are very, very fresh. The mustard is also self-made and tastes very delicious. Although the price is relatively high, the quality is also very good, the overall price is very high, and it is definitely value for money.

山盛创意料理，放题式的日料自助。刺身拼盘算是日式料理的基本款，刺身讲究的是食材的新鲜程度，三文鱼、金枪鱼、北极贝、带头甜虾、鲷鱼多种类搭配组合，刺身肉质鲜嫩可口。生牛色拉，牛肉切成片状，拨入禅机很考验厨师的刀功。淋上芝麻酱，撒上葱花，薄如蝉翼的牛肉入口即化，芝麻酱去除掉牛的骚味，口感绵密丰富。除了能品尝到刺身、寿司之外，点单率最高的要属铁板、焗烤类了。蒜香和风牛肉烧，铁板香煎过得牛肉块厚切成片，牛肉表面微焦，里面的牛肉却是鲜嫩多汁。铁板羊小排，蒜香经典口味很好的与羊排巧妙结合，并不会有浓郁羊膻味。木质的装修环境，时尚古朴，位置很宽敞，有独立包间。

我这个人比较挑剔，不过山盛还是让我比较满意的。。。。。。。。。。1，价格288，光大信用卡五折，144。。。。。。。。。。。2，主打刺身和寿司。摆盘和菜品都比较精美，海鲜也挺清新。她们家的每个菜品都会有不同碟子来装。。。。。。。。。。。3，鹅肝，哈根达斯，生蚝，鳗鱼，虾，海螺，统统有。。。。。。。。。。。4，服务生服务也不错。。。。。。。。。。。。5，沙拉也很爽口，是用心做的，觉得不比专业沙拉店的差。另外，果醋是他们自制的，可以尝试，口感不错。。。。。。。。。。。6,缺点还是有的,之所以上菜要等比较久,是因为都是现做,建议一开始就尽量多点一些。另外，她们家的生蚝肉和壳是分离的，觉得不是原装的耗。还有它们家的果汁，不是现榨的。。。。。。。。。。。总的来说，很不错，喜欢日料的朋友可以去尝试。
