It took me and my husband about 40 minutes to walk to Svartifoss Waterfall. Some sections need to climb, but the scenery along the way is very beautiful. It's amazing to see the magnificent glacier. It's amazing to get to Svartifoss Waterfall. The black basalt is really super special. And the waterfall is perfect. It's worth taking time to see. The scenery of the garage is beautiful.
Because I live near the old harbor, so every morning I go out for a walk, the wind is clear and the sunset is shining golden everywhere on the sea. It's really lovely.
The so-called old harbor is actually a transportation hub, where buses from airports, blue lakes and golden circles stop to pick up visitors, whale-watching and aurora-watching ships set sail, and a series of high-end restaurants and cafes are distributed near the old harbor. Looking out from the old port to the sea, the silver-clad mountains on the opposite side are mosaic on the horizon like shells.
As a part of city life, there are not many people coming and going. In the open water, people often take a walk in the evening and early morning. When the weather is clear, people often gather at zero to watch the midnight sunshine.
My girlfriend and I often come to the old harbor because there is a very delicate small cafe where we can take a favorite book and spend an afternoon in the sun.
The bus from the airport to the capital's main station is right here at the old dock. Aurora and whale sightseeing are also here. Harpa is also nearby. Anyway, the old dock is indispensable for strolling in Reykjavik.
Going to the seaside to see the sunrise, hazy, mood is very comfortable. It's the big tide. Every day, many people dig for shells on the beach.
The scenery of the old harbor is very wonderful, especially against the backdrop of ships.
Look at the beautiful port, there are many boats docked.
There are fishing boats and whale-watching boats everywhere. They can go to sea to watch whales. The sea water is like a mirror. Some seafood restaurants nearby are not bad.
