Guanabara Bay is one of the three natural harbors in the world with its narrow abdomen and calm waves. At high altitude, this bay is really beautiful. When I went, it was evening. Everything was quiet. It showed the blue sky of the sea and the quietness of the harbour.

The Atlantic Gulf, in southeastern Brazil, Rio de Janeiro lies on its southwest coast and Niteroi on its Southeast coast. Found in 1502, originally known as the Gulf of Rio de Janeiro. It is about 31 kilometers (19 miles) long and 29 kilometers (18 miles) wide. The entrance is about 1.61 kilometers (1 mile) wide. Papagaio Peak and Santa Cruz are on the East and Sugar Loaf Mountain and Sao Joao are on the west. Fort Laje Island at the mouth of the Bay was the temporary residence of Huguenots in 1555. The Bay is dotted with several islands, including Villegagnon, Governador and Cobras Island, with defences, naval warehouses, hospitals and dry docks. From just north of Rio de Janeiro's central point, a bridge crosses the Bay and connects to Nitroy.

It's beautiful to open this bay at a high altitude. When I went, it was noon. Everything was quiet. It showed the blue sky of the sea and the silence of the harbour. Beautiful, once one of the most beautiful beaches in the southeastern direction of Rio, but now threatened by pollution.

Look at this bay, you have to climb to the next mountain to see it. The most important thing is that the ships in the Bay are in the sea. Many white dots are very beautiful and worth taking pictures. The pictures are like wallpaper.

Take a cable car to the top of the hill to overlook, the scenery is unparalleled, near the beach is really not good-looking. Hired a speedboat and drove deep for an hour. That's the real color of the sea.

The reason why Rio de Janeiro has developed into an international metropolis like today, Brazil's most promising city, is precisely because the colonists found this excellent port. It can be said that Rio de Janeiro is the city brought by this port. It's a bay in itself, but if you know its historical significance, it will seem more emotional.

Super beauty. Some of the Olympic events are right next door. I can see it through the Niteroi Bridge. It can also be seen in Niteroi. The scenery is beautiful. Be sure to go to Rio and Nitroy.
