An elegant restaurant close to Fontana Trevi. We enjoyed lunch. Menu provided plenty of choices as did the wine menu. Highly worthwhile seeking out when looking for a more cultured choice when compared to the more tourist focussed restaurants nearby. We intend to revisit this restaurant when the weather is warmer and we could enjoy their outdoor dining.

Excellent, friendly service. The food was amazing and the Chardonnay &amp; Aperol spritz were delicious. I can&rsquo;t recommend the cacio e pepe and tiramisu enough! When in Rome, we will be back.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was excellent and not expensive for the quality of food. I had a steak for &euro;28 which was perfectly cooked and so large I could not eat it all. The local wine was really nice. There were some nice extra touches provided. The staff were lovey.

I like the starter with tuna tartar. We all have beef steaks. We ordered medium but some were almost well done. Anyhow, it was not so bad. My teens like the honeymastard souce. Tiramizu and chocolate lava cake were nice. The best thing was the 50% reduction of all food, exclude drinks. Surprisingly at the end, the lemoncello and other two liquor were served with biscotti, chocolate waffle balls and Chupa Chups. We all love them.

We were taken there by someone going to school in Rome, It is his favorite place. He goes there as often as his budget allows and makes sure he takes all his visiting friends and family there.

Abruzzi serves one of the best plates...bowls...things...of carbonara in the city of Rome. A little on the peppery side, and with that crispy pancetta which distinguishes the truly elite-class of carbonaras...but without elite-class prices. So AFTER visiting the tombs of St. James and St. Philip at the Basilica of the Twelve Apostles (pray, then play), which is on the same piazza, stop by Abruzzi: a reasonably priced, neighborhood restaurant which the cognoscenti of Rome also know as the &quot;home of the green sambuca&quot;, often served at the end of dinner. If you like toothpaste, you&#39;ll love green sambuca. No, really, it&#39;s actually pretty good. I highly recommend Abruzzi, especially if you are in the Trevi neighborhood.
