Come here for a tour during the holiday, quiet than the famous Zhaoxing Dongzhai is relatively quiet, but on the road, you can see more tourists than locals. The tourism industry here is also booming. There are many homestays. I have met a Shanghainese who came here to play. The homestay they stayed in the night before actually reached more than 1,000 nights. So I suggest that if you come here, you must choose a non-holiday or non-weekend time. If you are in the summer vacation, I suggest you not to come here. Because Lijiang is not good for accommodation, it may be even worse to stay here. Even parking will have traffic jams.

The landmark building of Dali Dongzhai is the Drum Tower, which is also called the cool courtyard. It looks like a multifaceted pagoda. The whole Drum Tower is built of wood. The Yi people have a village and there must be a Drum Tower. This is a place to hold important events and a place for people to entertain.

Located about 23 kilometers east of Lijiang County, Dali Dong Village, more than 1,000 people in the village are Yi people. Originally planned to go to Zaidang, the result was unexpectedly in Fengdeng listening to the big song, so changed to Dali. Although it is a bit rudimentary, there is hot water, and it is really time to stay for one night. But there is no special place to eat in the stockade, and there is no small shop for shopping. Just wandering at the door of the Zhaitou family, curiously probed into the yard; An old woman greeted us warmly: “Come in and sit down!” and probably used to reject strangers in the city, and didn’t want to rush out and say no. Looking back, I thought I could ask if I could eat, and asked with a thick face. The old woman was very enthusiastic, "Come in and sit, don't say anything about money!" We said, just eat some rice and vegetables; the old woman smiled and took us to the living room, and then into the kitchen. Lunch is a local pork tofu green vegetable pot, the original delicious, more than the original ecology of the city's local pig No. 1. The host invited us to sit again, but unfortunately we rushed to Xijiang, and they kindly invited us to visit again. We promised to take out the candy and chocolates to them, the children grabbed it and were very happy.
