The food, drinks, ambiance was fantastic. Steak so tender, didn&#39;t really need a knife. The drinks were outstanding, have to come back again and I&#39;m telling all my friends.

Sugar Factory

This place is to die for!!!! The sugar factory is a cocktail bar and eatery with the most amazing menu. The cocktails come with sweets in them and there are so many to chose from. You can also get waffles and different fondue sets. I completely bought into this concept and think there should be one of these in England!! You can sit inside and outside and this place is suitable for children&#39;s parties and for adults. Absolutely incredible !!!!!

Hands down the worst experience! I am not a complainer by any means but I felt as tho I had to review this so people would know. WAY too packed to begin with, secondly, they placed our entire group in the 95degree heat and my friend was on the verge of passing out from the heat. We went to the restroom to get her out of the heat and there were 3 stalls. 1 of which was broken. And the other 2 didnt have toilet paper. There were about 14 women in the bathroom line and the was NO circulation. We asked a waiter for ice &amp; she said she would get us some (seeing our friend sweating and us fanning her) and she FORGOT about us! We asked a manager to move us to a table inside which he said was fine, then failed to do that for about 35 more minutes. We asked for another manager and only then did he get moved inside. To top it all off, the food was horrible. Not sure if the other Candy Factorys around the nation are similar, but the one in Rosemont IL is AWFUL. Maybe its the management. I wouldnt recommended coming here to my worst enemy.

A little surprised to be saying this, but probably the worst customer service experience we&#39;ve had in recent memory. We went at 10 pm with 3 kids. They were open until 1am, but refused to serve us. The ladies behind the counter literally ignored us, and when we tried to ask for ice cream, they turned their backs to us. After about 8 minutes of this, we finally left. Such a strange experience. Highly recommend to avoid this place.
