Möwenbrunnen (the Gaviota Source) located in Neuer Markt is a work of Worpswede's sculptor Waldemar Otto and designed it especially for the Hansea city in 2001.
On the New Market Square opposite the Ratushi is the fountain "Chaika" of the famous German artist and sculptor Valdemar Otto. The works of V.Otto were exhibited at the Hermitage in St. Petersburg.
