The outdoors is super beautiful, and you can see reindeer around-you have to pay for it. There are small windows around the dining table and a stove in the middle, which makes people feel comfortable. The food is delicious and the plates are beautifully presented.
It is said that it is Lapland Restaurant Kotahovi, Rovaniemi’s online celebrity restaurant, just behind the reindeer park in Santa’s Village. Their house is not open at night and only open from noon to 4 pm. Therefore, it is recommended to come to Santa’s Village. This restaurant has lunch. The furnishings in the restaurant have a distinctive and simple Lapland style, and the use of large areas of log materials also conforms to the usual characteristics of Nordic decoration. In the center of the restaurant is a burning fireplace, grilling fragrant salmon. There are not many choices on the menu, there are only 7 or 8 staple foods. We chose a must-order salmon, a reindeer meat, two cups of hot coffee, and the friendly staff also presented hot juice. The taste of this reindeer meat is easier for the Chinese to accept than the three elves of last night, but the price is cheaper. The vegetable salad made of small red berries also embellishes the whole staple food with a Nordic forest atmosphere. Grilled salmon is worthy of being the signature of the shop! It has always been thought that salmon must be eaten raw or smoked in order to highlight the oily texture of the ingredients. The meat quality after cooking appears to be firewood, which greatly affects the taste. Unexpectedly, all the Nordic people are good at making salmon. The meat of the grilled salmon is mixed with the peculiar firework of barbecue, the skin is slightly charred, but the flesh fiber inside is not old at all, it is tender and juicy, and the heat is well controlled. Although there is no complicated seasoning, it already makes people move their index fingers. Although it doesn't look big in the photo, it's actually a very thick piece and it's very satisfying.
