Very cool to see and the building and grounds are beautiful. Little cold and rainy but we were on a bus tour so this was one of our stops. I would suggest the hike/walk to the right of the building. ...

The Utah State Government Building is a landmark in Salt Lake City. It was built in 1906 based on the Washington Capitol Building. The exterior is elegant and solemn, and the interior is even more magnificent, with a wide lobby, beautiful dome, and rich collections, like a veritable art palace~
The Utah State Government Building is majestic and is a landmark building in Salt Lake City. The area is very large, and there is a large lawn in front. On the day I went, I saw a pair of foreigners taking wedding photos. Inside the building, there are marble walls, floors, stairs, and columns. There are complicated paintings on the dome. There are many sculptures in the corners of the hall... No wonder this is known as the most luxurious and spectacular state government in the United States.
As the sun was setting, we arrived in Salt Lake City, and the first thing we saw was the Utah Capitol, which is called the Little White House. A Renaissance-style building, exquisite from inside to outside, still magnificent against the setting sun. One year of the Winter Olympics made me remember Salt Lake City and then came here to really understand its history. In 1847, a group of Mormonists led by the Prophet Brigham Young pioneered Salt Lake City. Since then, the church has been here, with more than half the locals Mormon. At night, we visited the famous Temple Square. The Temple is the symbol of Salt Lake City, a world-wide Mormon holy site. Salt Lake City also has a new online red carding landmark You Are here in front of the Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center in Lake Calvin. The works include more than 150 views and a red bench, and look from a distance like a bunch of random signs on the side of the road, but if you look close you will find "road sign" filled with contradictory or antithetical phrases such as "A to Z" (A TO Z) "Less is more" (less is more) and so on. Put a codeless picture of the handsome leader who loves the stinky beauty.
I have visited the Utah State Capitol for many, many years, first as a tourist, then as a site visit with the children, and then as a citizen to vote on the Utah legislature. It has never disappointed here. Visitors only learn about the history of the Utah State Capitol through the murals and sculptures that surround the building, including the ceiling and dome. If you are lucky enough to be in the town during the six weeks of the Legislative Council meeting, that is, from January 25, 2016 to March 10, 2016, you should go to the Council to observe. If you are a photographer, you must take a lot of pictures of marble halls, rooms, paintings, and take pictures of the scenery overlooking the entire Salt Lake Valley from east to south.
