Town Restaurant, my girlfriend took me to an elegant restaurant where I pulled the grass. The drinks here are particularly eye-catching and colorful. It is simply high-value, but the taste can only be said to be so-so, mainly too sweet and greasy.

To spoil ourselves while vacationing in Belmont, California with my sister,Robin and James, theysuggested we go to Spasso, a favorite restaurant of theirs. Terrific...we walked in &amp; presto I felt right at home...nice warm Italian feeling especially the greeting from the owner. Magically, mushroom bruschetta arrived at our table on the house! Robin was delighted as this is her very favorite appetizer. It was a divine surprise. I ordered the chicken stuffed with a spinach cream sauce wrapped in pancetta...outstanding. Robin had the scallops and she generously gave me one... it was wow! Reasonably priced, easy parking, lovey service. I wanted to go back for breakfast :)

I have been to this one and the new location in Palo Alto. In both cases RR did not disappoint. We went there for my son&#39;s birthday and had a great time, including special dessert for him. We recently had RR cater lunch at our office and it was just as good as ever. Go for it!

Visited recently whilst on vacation in the area....the venue is nicely situated, and we were seated quickly on arrival. We ordered some starter courses, poppadum&#39;s, onion bhaji which was very good. Mains was Lamb Rogan Josh which was superb...really good food including excellent veg pilau rice...all very yummy and tasty! We are from the UK and know good Indian food due to its popularity here, this was 1st class Indian cuisine. The staff were lovely, polite, faultless service, particular praise to William (manager) who we had a very good chat with about our experience at this venue....fully recommended if visiting the area!

Seiya is a great choice if you&#39;re looking for fresh, creative, tasty sushi in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The decor is very nice. Some people may not like the narrow, dark look to the restaurant, but I love it. The food is fantastic. The service is friendly and professional.

Frequent patrons. Top quality fish, always fresh, new manager knows what he&#39;s doing. We&#39;ve tried many sushi places in the Bay Area, across the country, and internationally - Seiya is very, very good.

Seiya is a tiny restaurant with lots of atmosphere, quite reminiscent of neighborhood restaurants in Japan. Dark wood and stone decor, and the tallest front door anywhere. There&#39;s a long counter in the back with the sushi chefs, and several tables closer to the front. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The menu is mostly sushi, but there is a small selection of izakaya-type grilled veggies and meats, tempura, and salads. We had the grilled asparagus, chicken, and filet mignon, the vegetable tempura, and a tofu dish. It was all very fresh, nicely prepared, and served with delicious sauces. Try the sesame ice cream for a very different taste. A bit pricey, but extremely well done.

Making a long story short - The Fish taco is special &amp; great! - The spicy scallops are a must (ordered that twice) - Toro Sashimi is good (as always) - Nigiri, any of them, are simply great. Cut big. Thick. Rice is great and proportions are perfect A bit pricy, but food is good, so all in all - it&#39;s somewhere between fine dinning and mid-range. Will come back here for sure
