To spoil ourselves while vacationing in Belmont, California with my sister,Robin and James, theysuggested we go to Spasso, a favorite restaurant of theirs. Terrific...we walked in & presto I felt right at home...nice warm Italian feeling especially the greeting from the owner. Magically, mushroom bruschetta arrived at our table on the house! Robin was delighted as this is her very favorite appetizer. It was a divine surprise. I ordered the chicken stuffed with a spinach cream sauce wrapped in pancetta...outstanding. Robin had the scallops and she generously gave me one... it was wow! Reasonably priced, easy parking, lovey service. I wanted to go back for breakfast :)
