We had a late breakfast here on a Sunday. There is no table service, orders are given at the counter and you find your own silver and napkins before going to your table. The fried eggs weren't very good, although the scrambled ones were fine, as were the potatoes and toast. The staff were all business, although there was a language barrier, as some customers asked some questions more than once, not understanding answers. Not a destination restaurant.
