Dagu Scenic Area

From Shannan City, to the Dagu Scenic Area at the junction of Sangri County and Jiayi County, it is actually the second largest mountain gorge of the Yarlung Zangbo River, also known as the "Jiayu Canyon", at an altitude of 3,200 meters. Dagu's lush vegetation, humid climate, mountain streams, crystal clear... Dagu Scenic Area is located in Dagu Village, Zengqi Township, Sangri County. It is one of the styles of the Yarlung Zangbo River Canyon. It is called "the snow at the foot of the mountain in summer, the ice on the top of the mountain in the autumn". It is extremely rich in animal and plant resources and the unique scenery formed by it. It is really a fairyland and intoxicated.

What is interesting is that many people stop at Dagu Canyon because of the crowds of Tibetan macaques. In fact, as the first Grand Canyon on the Yarlung Zangbo River, Dagu Canyon itself is quite amazing.

The most inescapable thing is to stand down with the White Tower after the glacier, and walk down the plank road to reach the ancient lake, about 7 miles away.
