Photos of Baolun Pagoda

The pagoda of the Baolun Temple was originally built by the Tang monk Daoxiu and rebuilt by the monk Zhixiu in the 17th year of Jin Dading (1177 AD). It has a history of more than 800 years. Located on Shanzhou Road, Hubin District, Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, the temple has long been destroyed, and only the pagoda remains. The full name of Baolun Temple Pagoda is "Baolun Temple Sansheng Relic Pagoda", commonly known as "Toad Pagoda". It is one of the four existing echo buildings. In 2001, it was listed as the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
