We arrived in this restaurant because it was recommended by friends and also for excellent reviews but the dinner was far above all expectations. In fact, we cannot talk about "dinner" but about a sensory culinary experience, every dish is searched in the details and combinations of perfectly harmonizing flavors that exalted at each bowl. The staff is very kind and makes you feel cocktailed and careful, careful and generous in the explanations of the dishes. Philip, the owner, is a wonderful person, sommelier very prepared, sparkled and sympathetic.The environment is comfortable and refined, small but cared in details ... a sin? The too strong lights ... spectacular dinner calls hot atmosphere, but maybe it is very subjective, For us would have been the top.All of the high level, even the price? A little you but really deserved. We won't go back every weekend but it's certainly become our favorite restaurant.
