About Santorini

Santorini is famous for its blue domed churches, white buildings, volcanic beaches, and stunning views over the Aegean Sea. The small romantic town of Oia has one of the world's most spectacular sunsets. Visitors can go for a donkey ride through the narrow hillside streets and experience local life.

    (1) Watch the sunset and enjoy the scenery by bus to the OIA at the west end of the island, which is built on the volcanic cliffs near the sea. It can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Santorini's most famous "Sunset Aegean Sea" or PIRGOS, the highest part of the island, which has a panoramic view of the island and the active volcanic island PALIA KAMENI across the sea. It can also take a bus from Ferra to Black Beach, which is a unique fire. Mountainous geology, volcanic rocks, ash deposits mixed with white sand, the sand looks black; there is a red beach, located in a small enclosed bay, can only be reached by boat; also in the capital Ferra (FIRA) - "We tried the cable car (down) and donkey (up) way to the old pier. (2) Tour boats around the island need to buy tickets to the local travel agency one day in advance. Travel agencies have their own buses to pick up passengers from all parts of the island and take them by boat. The location of the boat may be at Athinio pier or old pier. Tourists living in Ferra need to go to the old pier by themselves. There are three ways to get to the old wharf. One is to go down by cable car. The location of the cable car is in the north of Ferra Town. There are signs on the map beside the Chinese Hotel. The second is to ride down the donkey. The way to ride the donkey is easy to find. You can see it on the edge of Ferra's cliff. It's not wrong to walk towards the strong taste of donkey. The last way, of course, is to walk on your own, but it can be very tiring, and always pay attention to the donkeys passing by and the excrement under your feet. (3) Bar entertainment Ferra Town night is also very crazy, many of the town's bars night is crowded. Generally, entry tickets are 10-15 euros, which can be exchanged for a glass of wine in the bar. (4) Walk and photograph as you like on a fairy-tale island like Santorini. Everywhere is a beautiful scenery. Sometimes wandering around the island aimlessly, taking pictures, is also a very enjoyable thing. 1. Safety issues - "There are no traffic lights or cameras on the whole island, Greeks drive very fast (they believe their goddess Athena will bless them), so there are still many traffic accidents. If the car is not good, we should choose public transport instead of renting a car. 2. The bus schedule on the island is announced at Ferra Station. You can take a picture and arrange the time. If four people travel, in some places, taxi is cheaper than bus ride (usually starting at 5 Euros). You must negotiate the price with the driver in advance. 3. When we went to the island in November, there was a big temperature difference. During the day, short sleeves were mainly used. The sun was hot and hot, so we could do some sunscreen measures. At night, it was cold, and some of our teammates even wore down clothes. 4. Spring and autumn are the best time to travel to Greece, especially in May, June, September and October. Many hotels and restaurants on the island are closed in winter, because foreigners are more open-minded and enjoyable, they will basically go to a hotter place for holidays. Looking at it, I still think that we Chinese are hardworking, brave and labor-loving. From the end of October to the middle of April, many hotels, seasonal cafes and restaurants will be closed, and buses and ferries will be greatly reduced or cancelled. We went to Holy Island in early November, without affecting basic activities. 5. The lack of water resources is a serious problem in most parts of Greece, and Santorini is no exception. The tap water in the room should not be drinkable directly unless it is boiled or purified. Even after the bathing water is finished, it feels rusty all over. So drinking water is recommended to go to the supermarket to buy pure water. 6. I feel that the off-season is better than the peak season. Although the off-season is inconvenient, the peak season is watching people. 7. According to the method of time zoning, China uses Beijing time in the East Eighth District, while Italy is in the East First District. Local time in winter time is 7 hours slower than that in Beijing, while summer time is 6 hours slower than that in Beijing due to the local time being allocated 1 hour faster. 8. Stores are open on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., from 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. There are 13 villages on Santorini Island. On one side of the island, there are four towns close to the crater - "Syrah, Imerovigli, Firastefani and Oia. To the west of the island, all the houses built on the cliffs were painted white, and as the sunset set set, the white houses had slowly turned into gold.

the highlight of Santorini is watching the sunset. if you are staying on the westside of the island, you can see the sunset from almost anywhere. it is best to take a plane from Athens to Santorini, much faster but costly. A boat ride is cheaper but can take 5+ hours or longer. Fira, the local city, is very vibrant with lots of tourists from the cruise boats.

Santorini Island Travel Records (V) - The town on the cliff - Ferra Town Impression Santorini Island Ferra Town is the capital of Santorini Island, located in the middle of the island. In the west of the town, facing the cliff edge more than 400 meters high, white houses and hotels are built like pigeonhouses and stretch southward and northward, forming a unique landscape. The most impressive thing about Ferra is the variety of hotels built on the cliffs (Figure 3-6) - "They are built according to the cliff situation. It can be imagined that the construction process has gone through a lot of hardships and difficulties. More difficult is that before these hotels are built, their foundations must pass rigorous geological survey and appraisal. These hotels have excellent cliff seascapes after they are built. Living in the Cliff Hotel leisurely for two or three days, swimming in the hotel's open-air swimming pool in the afternoon, watching the sea sails and blue sky and white clouds, watching "the most beautiful sunset in the Aegean Sea" on the balcony at dusk, looking up at the bright moon at night, counting stars, and staying for a while are wonderful and rare experiences. Unfortunately, we did not arrange to stay at the Cliff Hotel with the group tour. I sincerely hope to have another chance to come to Santorini next time to make up for this regret.

So many, unlimited tolerance of me... Ha-ha-ha, I don't want to follow you in Fira, Imerovigli, Oia, all kinds of lost, all kinds of wandering! It's really pleasant, you said that only when you get lost can you see what others can't see. Every day there are surprises, every minute and every second is comfortable.

The white-walled blue-roofed building built on the cliff, coupled with the still blue water of the Aegean Sea, attracted a large number of photography enthusiasts to worship, and Santorini's beauty can no longer be expressed in words. Unlike the azure coast, Hawaii, and the Caribbean, the waters of the Aegean Sea are fully exposed to the scorching sunlight of the Mediterranean Sea to the deep inky blue after the overthrow of the blue ink, which seems to have an irresistible magic to call you here. I finally know why it's called Deep Blue Sea! Finally I understand why the Greek flag is blue and white!

Where Greece is bound to be, it takes seven hours to get on the island by boat early in the morning to get seasick, but you need to prepare seasick medicine to sleep as much as possible. People who have never been very dizzy actually get dizzy. Everyone is in a different situation and can fly over. But the scenery along the way can not be seen. It is recommended to take a boat to the island to see the beautiful scenery. All fatigue will disappear. The most is the blue top. Then there is the snow-white house, shuttle between houses, and the wind in winter is relatively strong. Suggest spring and autumn. Look at the blue sky, beautiful love sea, relaxed and happy. Iya must live. Ferra is more people, eats and drinks more, and is more convenient to live. However, personal preference is quiet, comfortable, delicious food. It's enough for you to linger on this island and forget to return to your lover's recommendation. Index Five Stars You can also take wedding dress to take photos Beautiful view There are wedding photo shops on the island Postcards can also be sent to the post office All kinds of stamps are beautiful The cats, dogs and dogs on the island are friendly They will always follow you In short

In August 13, I went to Greece on a tour of Athens and Saint Islands. Saint Island is incredibly beautiful. Blue sky, white wall and sea water are synonyms of Saint Island. Everywhere the photos are beautiful landscapes, strongly recommended! The ferry from Athens to the island will take seven hours to sail. It is recommended that physical strength, if you bring a little pot friend, you should prepare fruit and clothing. There are only simple meals such as drinks and drinks on board.

Santorini is Plato's free land. It has the most beautiful sunset and the most magnificent sea view in the world. The house overlooking St. Torrini is built on a cliff like a snow-covered mountain range. The towns of Philadelphia and Ia are very busy, with bright lights and bustling crowds. They are definitely one of the most worthwhile places in the world to visit.

I really don't want to leave. Located in the Aegean Sea, about 200 km southeast of the Greek mainland, it was one of the most active volcanic plates that erupted 3,500 years ago. Today, the crater is still surrounded by hundreds of feet of volcanic rock deposits. Here are the typical Aegean scenery: sunshine, beach, sea, blue sky, white house, is the dream honeymoon resort. The island has beautiful scenery, white buildings, blue doors, windows and roofs, already blue sky and sea, beautiful!
