The recommended ones are [Beef Tenderloin Skewers] which are tender and juicy, medium-cooked and slightly bloody, [Beef Tongue Skewers] are crispy and thick, [beef Diaphragm skewers] also have great meat quality and are well-loved. [Chicken Gizzard Skewers], [Chicken Cartilage Skewers] and [Chicken Skewers] are also highly recommended chicken dishes. The cartilage and chicken gizzards are grilled very refreshing and just right. There is also [Barbecued cheese bacon skewers] which is very novel to eat. In short, skewers are hardly susceptible to thunder. When paired with draft beer or yuzu plum wine, they are almost inseparable. Finally, I ordered a [Chicken Braised Rice], while drinking on skewers, simmering on a low fire until the low fire went out and the uncooked rice became cooked rice, which was super delicious.
