看见旅游书介绍这是「在佐世保才能吃得到的汉堡包」，于是特别去一就，果然名不虚传，真的是超好吃。我们点的是Special Burger Set Menu（特别汉堡包套餐）。汉堡包真的很特别，里面有汉堡牛肉、培根、蛋、芝士和生菜，即叫即做；走进店里还可以看到制作过程。套餐除了包一杯汽水外，还跟薯条或5件炸鸡件（任择其一），我要了两份套餐，于是两款小吃都点了。味道都不错，我尤其喜欢炸鸡件。旅游书说全日本只有两间Hikari Burger，都是在佐世保。我们去的这间是本店，从外貌看得出真的很有历史；驾车去的话，可把车泊在对面马路天桥底的停车场，每小时只需100日元。如果是搭火车的话，前往在JR佐世保站附近五番街的另一分店，相信会较方便一点。
