I have been here several times and it really is a great place! Looking for a great place to go for date night, with friends, family or for business this is the kind of place that will cater to your every need providing excellent food, service (the staff will make you feel like family!)and ambiance!! I am a huge fan of the chicken vesuvio and their vodka sauce is just phenomenal!

Chicago Prime Italian Restaurant

Have not had two dinners at this likeable Italian. Liked the food - good but maybe not great. The service however was great, the prices very decent and the portions were enormous - you will have a hard time managing either starter or dessert

We were there last December after securing reservations. Due to the holiday season, the tables were set closer together and we had to wait almost ten minutes for our table. The ambience is good with dark lights. We ordered the Bruchetta and Baked goat cheese as appetizers. The bread was good. The Baked goat cheese was done just right! For our entrees we ordered ordered eggplant parmesan, a chopped salad, fusilli pasta with their special vodka sauce. The salad seemed to be the store bought - off the shelf variety...pretty inspid! The eggplant parmesan was nothing special. The service was friendly, apologetic, but super slow, again thanks to the holiday season. Having heard so much about this place, I wouldn&#39;t write it off. Just make sure to visit it on a regular weekend.

Soft, darker lit lighting. Big bar. Good for family gathering (adult kids) or for couples. Food is average. It&#39;s just a different place to go offering steaks and pasta. Large menu.
