We were celebrating her birthday for a week. The food was serve with perfection and the waiters were very attentive.
The Georgian restaurant was upgraded, and the space and service were constantly upgraded, with the constant focus on food. One Eggs Benedict and English Breakfast tea selections will make you love your breakfast. The lovable little ones on the cake table will be waiting for you to choose from, or enjoy a pure English afternoon tea under a flower tree.
The lights are dim at night, so next time I have to check the brunch menu during the day. After all, apart from my friends saying it’s delicious, I really like the environment.
There are very few a la carte dishes, so two people ordered two 980's and added a starter and a dessert. Counting down to more than 1,000 per capita, I originally thought that this price/performance ratio was not super value, but it was still okay, but later I heard from my friends that I doubled the price after taking the star.
I like both pre-dinner snacks. The truffle cheese balls are crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside. Mozzarella cheese is paired with black truffle, which is rich and mellow. The other is very refreshing. The bottom of the tart is crispy, the top is seaweed and the bottom is vinegar sauce. It is sweet and sour in one bite. The bread was very soft, and the truffle butter and onion butter also encouraged me to eat two more pieces.
▹Oysters, orange jelly
The plump and plump oysters are paired with orange jelly and pickled shallots, and there is a refreshing jelly underneath, which is smooth and juicy, giving a feeling of "richness".
The chicken is thin but not woody, tender and chewy. Mix well with fermented sour cream and sesame seeds, with caviar and crispy Argentine asparagus. After serving, pour the asparagus juice. The whole is refreshing but rich in flavor.
▹Yellow yellowtail, peaches, fresh cream
This is an order outside the set, and it is amazing enough from the table to the entrance. Peach slices and smoked yellow amberjack fillets are rolled into flowers. The fish is tender and plump, with a subtle and sultry aroma. The pickled peach slices are soft and crisp, superimposing a new and sweet and juicy flavor. Below there is whipped cream with zero sweetness to add a soft and delicate fragrance. There is also grated radish, which is beautiful and delicious.
If the dish is personified, this dish really reminds me of Shirley, that sweet and lovely girl like a peach.
▹Duck liver, cherry sauce
The duck liver is fried just right, the surface is thinly burnt and crispy, and the inside is oily and tender. It is safe with the sweet and sour cherry sauce. However, there are large blood vessels in the duck liver that have not been cleaned, and the dried foie edulis are also very tasteless.
