The Columbia Center rises 100 meters higher than Seattle's premier attraction, the Space Needle. The city's tallest skyscraper is also the tallest building in the Pacific Northwest, the second tallest building on the West Coast. Views from the top of the building span the Cascade and Olympic Mountain ranges to the Puget Sound. The construction for this impressive building was finished in 1985. Today it serves as a popular viewing point for the visitors of Seattle.
