Introduced gas factory park is the abandoned gas work to be converted into a park, here can feel the post-industrial atmosphere, there are many original factory machines in the park to be converted into artwork, unique features. Here is also a good place to view Seattle city skyline. If you are in the United States on National Day, it is a good place to watch fireworks in the park.
Seattle Gas Factory Park Seattle Gas Factory Park is located on the north side of the United Nations Lake, facing the center of Seattle. It is the best place to view the beautiful skyline of Seattle Central District. It can let people experience the beauty of distance and make people understand Why is Seattle called the "Emerald City" (Emerald City)! It used to be a large gas petrochemical plant, a plant that extracts fuel and gas from coal and oil. For decades, nearby residents have had to endure the enormous damage to the environment caused by a large number of pollutants emitted by factories. After the factory was discontinued and abandoned, the Seattle government attached great importance to environmental protection and decided to transform it into a central park in the city. Richard Hager's design team boldly uses the existing resources of the base to design from existing elements, retains some industrial equipment, repairs the contaminated land, and builds it into a public entertainment park.
The Gasworks Park is a large park built on the basis of the old factories, and it is very accent. The park is very large, the statues are very distinctive, and there are very, very large lawns. And from time to time there are big planes going up and down above your head.
The Gasworks Park is very large and very beautiful. Some of it is very similar to the art area in our concept. The old gasworks facilities are very beautiful in the grass of the park. There are not many tourists.
Located in Fremont, this park runs along the water and has a stunning view of the Seattle skyline. Fishing boats come in and out, and seaplanes fly back and forth! The unique and old natural gas plant is still there. This is a good place for taking pictures and picnics. Here you can see the uncongested view of downtown Seattle.

I would be giving this a 5/5 except for the bathrooms. I was very, very unimpressed with the bathrooms. However, everything else was awesome. Extremely cool, a great vantage point, and honestly, on...
This place is so awesome, the ultimate gem of man and nature. Definitely recommended! The highlight of my Seattle trip.
I want to have a picnic here asap. This is such a cool park. Seattle has crazy views everywhere but I think this has been my favorite so far. I'm looking forward to spending lots of time here!
I expected more, frankly. I can imagine this being a nice place sans COVID where people hang out, but it was relatively boring (no drink or food options) and sad to see the homeless people camping in ...
