Recommend the noodle soup and mung bean cake, the noodles are very strong, the soup is fish soup, delicious and rich, and the mung bean cake is refreshing.
Very authentic food, very welcoming, and you have to wait for a place late. Anyway, it is normal to join the table. The portion can be selected. The price of the menu is posted on the wall. The noodle soup has a lot of ingredients and taste It is very smooth and fresh. Put chili and soy sauce according to your taste. The seafood cake has been cut into small pieces and served on the table. It is still hot when you eat it. The oyster meat inside is also very plump. The spicy fried baby octopus is very chewy and very fragrant. Appetizer, each person also presents a side dish, the taste is very authentic, and the price is not too expensive.
The popularity of this store is not only that tourists will eat, but even local out-of-towners or office workers nearby will also come to eat, so it is not such a tourist-only restaurant, perhaps because of its reputation, so Thai half If you don't want to wait in line or wait for a long time, it will be full soon after opening at 11 o'clock, so come early.
The noodle soup made from boiled fish soup is delicious. Knead the oil and salt into the flour to make the dough smooth. Use all kinds of seafood as the base material to make a delicious clear soup. You can also add seasonings according to your personal taste, so those who like heavy flavors don’t have to worry about it. The fried octopus is also delicious and must be ordered. The menu is very simple, only three or four kinds of food, so you don't have to worry about ordering.
It feels similar to the gnocchi in Shanghai. It was unexpectedly found that the squid tastes good, especially when it is in the soup. It is a bit too supportive to eat too much gnocchi, nothing else.
Famous and popular with locals. Recommended by a guesthouse manager. The Sujebi, which is hand-pulled noodle, is the specialty. It came in a seafood broth with clams. I also ordered a seafood pancake. Both came fast after ordering. There is no English menu but the waitress was able to speak some mandarin. I used the tried-and-true method: get up and point at the food at the next table. Everyone ordered the same thing during lunch. Efficient service. Highly recommend.
If you are looking for a warm hot bowl of clear soup noodle (hand-pulled, not long noodle), do look out for Sujebi Samcheon-dong. Now, if you are visiting Bukchon Hanok Village and are at the viewpoint 8 (the boulder stairway), this restaurant is just opposite the viewpoint 8. To avoid the long Q, go before noon and before 6pm. Service was fast and friendly, they dont speak English but they will show you picture menu with simple English written. A clay pot of Sujebi is big enough for 2 person if you order for one portion. Try the sweet potato pancake, so chewy and nice. Note for Malaysian: If you are a 'ban mee' lover, you will definately love Sujebi as it almost the same as our local hand pulled ban mee, except they dont served it with sambal belacan. Sujebi are served with two big pot of bottemless kimchi and crispy pickle green chili. This dish is best eat during cold weather as it warm your stomach. Only things is, it is not a cheap(price) meal but I think is a must try food in Seoul.
I have known this restaurant since 1997. It was just a small local restaurant but presented me the beautiful taste of Sujebi. Until that day, I had not thought that Sujebi was such a tasty food. It becomes famous at this moment and I have to wait over 10 minutes even at 3:00 pm. However I always want to wait and to eat the Sujebi and a Gamjajeon(Potato pizza). I love here.
Come to Seoul, visit Samcheong-dong, don’t forget to try it here
