According to the existing stone monuments, the Five Holy Palace was built during the eight years of Qianlong (1743), and was rebuilt twice in 1794 and 1886. It is one of the five famous temples in Guangxi. In the local monument inscription in the town of the temple, there is a saying that "since the opening of the city, that is, there is a temple".
