Disneytown is a large shopping, dining, and entertainment sector in the Shanghai Disney Resort. It is adjacent to Shanghai Disneyland and resembles a charming, cosmopolitan neighborhood. Visitors can extend their magical experience after visiting the theme park. Since opening, Disneytown has become a hangout for Shanghai residents and those from neighboring suburbs. Some of the restaurants have unique views of the Disney Resort. Grab a table and enjoy the scenery of Shanghai Disneyland while enjoying your food.
Such a Magical Day! I definitely recommend trip.com when purchasing your ticket to Disney. Not only will you get a discounted price, trip makes it very easy for you too book through their website/app. To be honest, I was very skeptical to purchase a ticket through a third-party website, but I had no problems and happy I made the decision to book with trip. ☺️
Take advantage of the good weather to visit Disney Town. Traffic is very convenient. Disney Station, the terminal of Metro Line 11, can get off the train. The sign nearby is obviously not missing. It's just 10 minutes'walk with the crowd. It's next to Disney Entrance. Small towns are basically food, fairy tales of architectural style, suitable for the elderly or couples to take photos of magic horses. The food can be a little more expensive and acceptable. Lego City is just too complimentary...
After dinner on Saturday, take the Metro Line 11 for 35 minutes from Longhua to Disney Station. From Gate 1 to the Disneyland Gate directly, we came out from Gate 2, walking along the river side to see the scenery, also around the Disneyland Gate, in fact, next to the Disney Town. In fact, there are many small towns to visit and play, Lego for children, clothing for adults, there are theatres, bars, restaurants, architectural style is also suitable for photography. There's also Disney Mall next to it.
The town is very beautiful, there are shops and restaurants, and the traffic is very convenient. The subway station is not far away from the town. Passing Shanghai before Christmas last year, I went to visit Disney Town. There was no shopping plan, only one or two shops. I went to Disney World Store and saw Lego Toy Store, Walt Disney Theatre, which is said to have some childhood memories. Lunch chooses a big meal instead of eating Fuchun Cage. After that, I visited Star Hope Park. The park by Lake Star Hope is very big. The Disney Hotel is in the park. Ferries on the lake can travel to and from the quay beside the subway station and the quay in front of the Disney Hotel. Towns and parks are free of tickets. It's good to eat, go shopping. The staff in the town are very warm and friendly, but they will answer patiently whenever they ask for directions.
Lego's biggest flagship store in Disney Town, I really want to play one day and one night, and there are countless reasons for choppers to enter the door of Disney Town. Instantly, childlike innocence flooded. Seeing the castle, I found Lego shops in Disney Town, which have a lot of restrictions, can't be bought outside the counter.. It's exciting.. But there's no place at home to pile up a lot of praise.. Also, you. Buy cans. Lego of all colours on the wall can be bought home as long as it's full. It's a good deal!
As a westerner living in China for an extended period of time, we appreciated the westen restaurants here. They are expensive comapred to local places but they do.a.good.job making western dishes. The town itslef is a fun place to hang out without needing to pay for Disney tickets. They have two outdoor playgrounds, lots of shops and live.kusic on occasion.
Shanghai Disney Resort is a large-scale shopping, catering and entertainment area with international characteristics, which is open to the public free of charge. Walk to Shanghai Disneyland Resort at Gate 1 of Disneyland Station on Line 11, and go straight along the Bank of Star Hope Lake. Located in the outer edge of Shanghai Disneyland, next to Star Wishing Park in the south, Disneyland entrance in the east, West Bus Hub Station in the west, Toy Story Hotel and Parking lot in Shanghai Disneyland Resort. The buildings in each area of the town are simple and elegant, and the entrants are diverse and chic. They mainly include "town fair", "Baishixiang Street", "Broadway Avenue", "Broadway Plaza" and "Disney town lakeside" five areas. The design style incorporates Chinese and Shanghai culture elements (such as traditional Shanghai Shikumen architecture), and has Mickey statues of different colors. Because there are some guiding towers in the town, the town avenue has the fun of changing scenery, and the roaming route can also be free and changeable. The town fair is the central area of the town, including the nostalgic style of the primitive railway dome-shaped railway shunting garage "Disney World Store", D trend, creative and nostalgic confectionery boutique "Sweet Spoon". The Shanghai Disney World Shop, a landmark building with an ancient railway dome, is the beginning and end of a trip to the town. It passes through "Town Fair" to a large number of Broadway Squares in shops and shopping malls. The Mandarin version of "Lion King" musical "Walt Disney Theatre" is located on "Broadway Avenue". It needs to buy tickets and can be seen at night. Broadway Avenue can stop at Disney Town's popular brand stores, such as the Aicomi Art Gallery, King Teddy Studio (Privately Made Plush Toys), Hot Toys (Manway and Star Wars High-end Collection Toys), LEGO Flagship Store (the top of the building is a rocket logo), Adidas, New Balance, UGG, PANDORA Pandora Jewelry, Swatch, Sephora and so on. There are also small towns in the middle. ICBC provides retail banking services and sales of precious metal investment souvenirs. About food and beverage - "Baicaixiang Street, which combines Chinese style with foreign style in the town" can make visitors enjoy the beautiful, delicate and attractive Shanghai cuisine with delicacies from all over the world. There are open kitchens and open-air catering areas, and some restaurants in the town have a wide view of Shanghai Disneyland. Brand restaurants include Starbucks Coffee, Blue Frog Western Restaurant Bar, Bread New Language (International Fine Bakery), Coconut Paradise (Thai Cuisine), Jade (Fashion Cantonese Cuisine), Dock Deli Bar (Leisure Lake Restaurant), The BOATHOUSE (Lake Theme Restaurant, Near Star Park), Meng House (Japanese Restaurant), Xinwang Tea Restaurant (Hong Kong Tea Restaurant), Shanghai Xiaonan Country, Nanxiao Restaurant, etc., which are more affordable. It is a leisure food plaza "Big Food Generation" and other catering prices are on the high side. You can enjoy the natural beauty of Star Hope Lake, Fantastic Fairy Tale Castle and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel.
Disney's periphery is still a little funny. It is said that fireworks will be set off at 8:30 p.m., and it's good to shoot night scenes there. During the day, you can also play and pat in Xingwang Lake Park and Vanilla Garden. To Disneyland, the subway is still the most convenient, and the station is very close to the Disney Gate. It's not cheap to park for 10 yuan an hour in scenic spots. There are buses inside the scenic spot, which can brush the traffic card, one yuan each time, and enjoy the second ride. There are also three bus hubs in the scenic spot: east, West and south, where you can transfer to the city and Nanhui bus lines. Disney Town is on the side of the gate of the park. There are many restaurants. There are more and cheaper things in Disney Town than in the park. There are also such chain brand stores as Xiaonanguo, Bluefrog and Xinwang Tea Restaurant.
A little expensive. But I still feel very happy to have dinner with my beloved girl.
Disney Town strongly recommends a visit. There are surprises when you get off the subway station. There are Mickey elements everywhere, even two directly from the hall. The setting sun is infinitely good. The setting sun here makes people think infinitely, "freedom", "happiness" and "childlike interest". Forget your usual unhappiness and enjoy your share of "reassurance".
