The Lingshan Temple is located in Longshan Bay, Tongyu, Chaoyang, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. It is one of the famous ancient temples in eastern Guangdong. Reconstructed through different dynasties, the temple’s scale continued to expand. The building is made of wood and clay. It is divided into three halls, six courtyards, and nine patios, with towers in the east and alley gates in the west. The Guanyin Temple is located in the front. The Daxiong Hall is in the middle, and the two-story Dadian Hall and the Scripture Library Tower are situated in the back. There is a clear lake in front of the temple. Setting against the green mountain, it is a very pleasant view.
