Shangjing is a national chain of Japanese food buffets. It is also considered high-end decoration in Shenyang buffet. It is Chinese classical style. The main body is black and red. Sound and mood are still pretty good
The service is also very comfortable. The speech rate and tone of the service are well controlled. It can be seen that the early staff training has done a good job. These small details can also be distinguished from other mass-consumer restaurants, so we must be steady and not slack.
Like other slightly high-end buffets, Shangjing is also a la carte style because most of them are prepared in advance and the dishes are served quickly
The dishes are relatively complete. Many people don’t like Japanese-style raw food. In fact, there are many choices besides sashimi. Japanese-style skewers, pots, iron plates, etc.
However, the quality of foie gras is generally the highest level on the market. Fortunately, the iron plate is easy to grasp. The heat makes up for some of the food itself. The short steak is also not good beef. This is understandable. After all, the price is also placed there. I can’t ask for too much for 300’s self-service, but a steak can be fully cooked. I’m speechless. Tiramisu doesn’t know if it’s cost-saving or simply lack of raw materials. There are no biscuits, just made of cocoa powder, cheese, cream, etc.

The Japanese cuisine here is indeed very exquisite, and many of the things here are quite fresh, especially the types of sashimi here.
I prefer the salmon here.
