Beiwudang Eco-tourism Zone is located in the Dawukou urban area of Shizuishan City. The whole scenic area is composed of three parts: Forest Park, Beiwudang Temple and Beiwu Local Quality Park. One is the Dawukou Forest Park, an artificial ecological forest area built by the people of Shizuishan City after years of greening and covering an area of more than 10,000 mu; the other is the Beiwudang Temple that integrates Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism; and the third is the Beiwu local quality park, which is well-preserved The natural appearance of Helan Mountain is full of peaks, overlapping mountains, and the mountains are dignified and magnificent.
If you are a foreign tourist, if you have time, I personally think it is worth going, not for temples, just for natural scenery, just to see the skeleton of Helan Mountain
The North Wudang Temple (Shoufo Temple) is an ancient temple around Ningmeng with the integration of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. In history, there is a reputation as "the famous orchid and ancient temple in the mountains and forests of Xixia". It was built in the heyday of Tang Dynasty and has a history of more than 900 years. The ancient temple was built on the mountain, taking the momentum of the mountain into the temple. The layout of the temples and the dangerous peaks of the mountains complement each other, embellishing each other and each other's scenery. The entire temple faces from the north to the south, and the four-entry courtyard is rigorously laid out, solemn and beautiful. The central axis building, the gate tower and the supporting hall are symmetrical, harmonious and natural.
There is Wudang Mountain in Hubei to the south, Shizuishan Mountain to the North Wudang, at the foot of Shizuishan Helan Mountain, majestic and beautiful, you can climb high and overlook, come to Shizui Mountain in Ningxia, you can visit the North Wudang Temple, it is very recommended
Very beautiful place, most beautiful scenery, super nice humanities.
The temple is very big. I have visited a lot of temples in the south. It is the first time for the temple in the north because of the geographical reasons. My mouth splits as long as I go to Yinchuan, and the air is too dry and it hurts me. But the scenery is still good! Climb to the heights of the back mountain and feel the wind from the north~
