Banti Sema Temple is a temple in the "outer circle" tour route of Angkor Wat, located about 400 meters southeast of Dongchi (that is, Dongbalai Lake). BanteaySamre means the castle of the Sema tribe. There is little historical data about this temple. It is speculated that it was built in the same period as Angkor Wat, but its architectural structure is significantly different from many Angkor temples.
