The magnificent hall is decorated in oriental style such as Chinese artwork and antiques, full of strong Chinese colors; the spacious environment gives diners a quiet and comfortable dining space. The restaurant serves rich and varied classic Cantonese cuisine and a variety of exquisite snacks. There are also dishes launched in response to the season, fresh and excellent ingredients. An Indian restaurant very close to the Chinese Embassy, the environment is good, and there are few people here. When I passed the consulate, I saw it and had a simple meal. The curry inside tasted good.

Hidden bar near orchard road

It was the best bar experience with my friends… ever! We were assisted by Joyce the moment we arrived at the Manhattan Bar, then all of the bartenders (yes, I meant ALL). They thoroughly explained the drinks they have to offer that night, especially the one who knows how to rock her pixie cut and charming personality, and the tall Filipino guy with mustache(?). I couldn’t recall their names anymore because of a few drinks, but we’re happy with the service! 11/10, exceeded our expectations! Definitely coming back every night if we get the chance! It was one of the highlights of our memorable trip! Customer experience and customer service — chef’s kiss!

Highlight of our trip!!!

Having only been to singpore twice, first in Dec 2022, and again Feb 2024, I managed to visit several of the top bars around town. Many were great, but my easy favorite is Manhattan. So much so I visited twice, on both trips. First food is great. And the space is gorgeous. Dramatic and elegant. But the drinks... very impressive. The variety and depth of the menu is such there there is something for everyone, probably several for everyone. And the quality and inventiveness is right up there with the best of the best. And they have plenty of ingredients available to make classics off menu. But the greatest part of all is the people. Bars consist of bartenders and here, they are all stellar. Not only are they experts in the craft of cocktail making, but they have incredible depth of knowledge of all spirits as well, making them better than many who can simply create but not invent. The staff are super friendly, take the time to talk, and even when super busy make sure you are enjoying everything about your visit. This place is a must visit if you love cocktails and great service. Cheers!

Best Cocktail Lounge in Singpore

The food here is unexpectedly delicious!! This is definitely NOT your typical "bar food" but beautifully presented and sumptuous gourmet bites. They were accompanied by a few great coctails too. Spot-on recommendations by our server for the night, the gorgeous Mel. Her service was just impeccable - so warm and friendly.  We had an amazing and unforgettable time. Writing this long overdue review is making me want to visit again very soon. Best to make reservations for weekends. We were there on a weekday night and it was quite packed.
