The entire experience was awesome, all the dishes were beautiful, using the best ingredients and pretty culinary skills. Quite pricey $400++ exclude drinks for 10 courses, but definitely worth!
Their signature botan shrimp with sea urchin and oscietra caviar. Also enjoyed the Japanese ohmi wagyu roll. Service is impeccable.
We went when it was truffle season not cheap, but like the main omakase - worth every dollar

Waku Ghim was awarded a Michelin Star in The Michelin Guide Singapore 2016.
*best* dessert I have ever had. no word of a lie.
Try the Tetsuya's Signature Dish. You need to book early if you want to eat here. Not for the faint hearted as a 10 course meal may cost you $500 per pax. Once a lifetime deal if you want the best.
Fresh and delicious. But reservation is difficult. Its great in a private 3 rooms .tihs photo is bar of an entrance.
Very expensive but the food is good. The lobster, king crab and the Japanese ohmi wagyu were the highlights.
All hail the most expensive restaurant in SG. With a $400/head pricetag, we'd need to starve a million mealtimes to feel like we're worthy of this place. Lobster ☑️ Uni ☑️ Wagyu ☑️ Caviar ☑️ Broke ☑️
