The staff were eating their own meal when we arrived - typical early Brits, but they were very welcoming anyway! The food and service were great. Would reccommend.

Al Forte Campana

Excellent food  wonderful service and fabulous value for money.  Top class all around.

The fresh tuna was displayed  with encouragement to choose. Sadly it was over cooked, I like it pink. There is no wine list so it was &ldquo;you will have what you are given, red or white?&rdquo;Ambience is modern, a little clinical perhaps. Service was &ldquo;functional&rdquo;  and impersonal. We did not stay for a dessert.

Looking forward to this restaurant based on the Rough Guide entry, started well enough with a genuine welcome and a decent table provided. First course was ok but the much lauded main as described in the Rough Guide was a real disappointment, plenty to eat if you cared too but it really was bland. Coupled with a couple of the waiters clearly having an off night with each other we were glad to leave.

Really lovely food, we are not vegetarian but totally enjoyed all six dishes we had. Complements to the chef 👌Beautiful rooftop setting beside the sea, very friendly helpful waiter in a really relaxed setting away from crowded street&#39;s but within very easy walking distance, only a few minutes from the centre. Totally reccomend 💯.

Very comprehensive menu with some different choices from those offered by many restaurants in Ortigia.  I was delighted to find more vegetables and salads on offer, as well as a range of soups, including bean-based soups. I had a delicious borlotti bean soup with clams, radicchio and rocket salad, and spaghetti with mussels.    Excellent food and attentive service.  I hope to return.

This was a lovely little restaurant close to our hotel. The service was excellent, and the food was good but not outstanding.

We ate there with the whole family and really enjoyed the evening. Very good food (including the best caponata we had in Ortigia), attentive, fast and caring service (the food for our little daughter was served at the same time as our starters so she didn&#39;t have to wait too long), good prices, really highly recommended.Thank you very much for a wonderful evening!

Very good food, we had pizza and both were the best we have eaten in Sicily. Service was amazing, everyone one was nice even though a little surprised by our early arrival (18h30)
