All you need is a map and a pair of comfortable shoes and you can trace the events that shook Boston and lead up to the Revolutionary War. The National Park Service offers excellent 90-minute guided tours starting at the Boston National Historical Park Visitor Center. If you don't want to take a tour or want to do your own you can pick up maps and information here. Stops include the Old State House, Kings Chapel and burial ground, Faneuil Hall the Old North Church, Paul Revere's house, the site of the Boston Massacre, and the Copp's Hill Burial Ground. At the end of the trail in Charlestown, the Bunker Hill Monument and the U.S.S. Constitution await you. Informative and fun!
