Weng Tongxu Memorial Hall is located in the former residence of Weng Tongxu. Weng Tongxu Memorial Hall spent his youth here and is now the Weng Tongxu Memorial Hall. The memorial hall was officially opened to the public on November 1, 1991. The expanded Weng Tongxu Memorial Hall displays mainly include: Weng Tongxu's life and deeds; Weng Tongxuan cultural relics, calligraphy; Weng Tongxuan's main works and papers and information on Weng Tongxuan's research at home and abroad. The former residence and memorial hall are combined to visit the former residence and understand Weng Tongxuan's life and related materials. Weng Tongxu is the most prominent figure in the Changshu Weng family, successively served as the imperial history of Zuodu, the criminal department, the ministry of industry, the household department Shangshu, the co-organized university degree, the military aircraft minister and the prime minister of various affairs, the minister of the imperial division of the two dynasty for the same rule and Guangxu.
