Yongcui Villa

This is a Jiangnan garden built in the late Qing Dynasty, located in Suzhou's famous Huqiu Scenic Area, the scale is small, covering only more than 700 square meters, the building is simple and beautiful, the vegetation is lush, and the environment is quiet.

A small Jiangnan garden, located in the scenic area of Huqiu, Suzhou, with lush vegetation and quiet environment. It was built in the end of the Ming Dynasty. It has been nearly 300 years of history. It is well preserved and open for free.

Yongcui Mountain Villa is one of the famous attractions of Huqiu Scenic Area. The villa is on Huqiu Mountain. Because there are green scenery everywhere, it is called Yongcui Mountain Villa. The pavilions in the villa are available and it is very close to the location of entering the park.

Huqiu·Yongcui Mountain Villa. Built in Qingguangxu, the area is about an acre. On both sides of the door wall, there are dragons, tigers, leopards, bears and grass stone carvings in four directions, strong and powerful. Yongcui Mountain Villa is the only waterless garden in Suzhou, but it reflects the water meaning. Combined with the natural slopes of Huqiu, it is a platform garden pattern. It is divided into four levels according to the mountain, each layer has different layouts and the scenery is rich in change.
