This was a business lunch on Thursday and they did everything perfectly. We had a drink at the bar first and the service was excellent. The waiters at the time of our meal were very informative and friendly ( but not overly welcoming at all). I had a parrot plate first and the parrot was delicious (one very small thing, they didn't say what kind of parrot was called). Then we all had wagu steak. The steak was perfect and we both enjoyed it. A poached egg on the pea paste was delicious. A glass of Tasmanian Chardonnay and some Victorian Pinot Noir ended the experience wonderfully.
