We had very very beautiful expirience. The location was lovly. We will be there againe. The location was easy to find out, is possible to been there by taxi by Cars or You can just reach them by walking and enjoying the view of Harboure Breage and Hope Hause.
While staying at the hotel on one of our regular visits to Sydney,we decided to eat at The Gantry for our daughter-in-laws 30th birthday celebration. The staff provided us all with complimentary bubbles to help with the celebration! The a-la-carte menu is not extensive, but that is just as well, as upon review with the excellent waiting staff, the choice is difficult. Next time we might try the 7 course degustation that is on offer! The food is just wonderful and everyone enjoyed their choice including the interesting Potato and Whiting seafood and Deer entrées, as well as the Beef and Beetroot main courses. The Caramelised banana and Chocolate deserts are especially good. Complimented by some special wines and excellent friendly service the evening was a very special occasion and we will definitely dine here again on our next trip to Sydney.
This is a lovely restaurant and bar, we had a great night here. Degustation had some amazing and unique dishes. The deer and cobia were standouts, but unfortunately our beef was very fatty and tough. The other negative was the fact that the space is really chilly. Granted it was a very cold night but better heating and insulation is needed. Bathrooms were also a bit rough - seem to be some plumbing issues? Overall though a very pleasant experience.
Nice harbour spot, surprisingly not overrun by tourists which was nice. We enjoyed cocktails and some seafood entrees in the sun on the deck. Dinner menu looked great but we were off to the oyster happy hour at The Morrison (also highly recommend) so will have to come back. A little pricey but hey, its Sydney and its on the harbour.

Good Food评选出的One Hat餐厅,位于Pier One精品酒店里面,户外的位子直接就在水边,能看到很美的海港风景。食材都是时令的,腌渍、烹调和酱料都是主厨研创的,菜品摆盘都非常养眼,口感搭配上足显功力,氛围环境很容易令人忘我,是个慢慢吃消磨时光感受悉尼的好地方。【推荐美味】- 生带子小牛肉- 鹅肝配番薯片- 干式熟成羊肉- 熏肉抱子甘蓝
