Try the tonkotsu pork spare rib noodle ramen, it's heavenly, the place claims to only prepare so much in a day!! Creamy egg, beautiful, full-of-flavour broth, crispy spare rib and flavourful noodle!
If this is your first time here, get one of the lighter base soups like hakata ramen. This place is not like any other ramen places in Sydney - the soup is amazing, msg free and very rich! Tonkotsu :)
Go for the garlic tonkotsu ramen, and if you're feeling extra greedy, order an accompanying side of "all toppings" which will likely take care of both your lunch and dinner calorie intake.
